Moonshot Roofing is looking for a dependable, motivated Project Manager / Field Specialist to help manage our roofing and siding installation projects.
This is a hands-on field position for someone who enjoys working with crews, solving problems, and making sure customers receive a high-quality finished project.
Previous roofing or construction experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is eager to learn.
What You Will Do
- Oversee installation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractor crews
- Make sure crews follow project specifications and company installation standards
- Inspect work throughout the project for quality and completeness
- Communicate project updates, concerns, and scheduling information
- Keep job sites organized, clean, and professional
- Identify and resolve installation issues
- Document project progress with photos and job notes
- Confirm materials, measurements, and project details before and during installation
- Help ensure homeowners receive a professional, five-star experience
- Perform minor repairs if necessary
Preferred Skills
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus, but not required:
- Asphalt shingle roofing
- Siding installation and repair
- Gutter installation and repair
- EPDM rubber roofing
- Standing-seam or exposed-fastener metal roofing
- Roof flashing and leak repairs
- Construction project management
- Managing subcontractors or installation crews
We do not expect candidates to already be experienced in every roofing system listed above. Training can be provided for the right person who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn.

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
- Climb ladders and safely access roofs
- Lift 60LB
- Work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Bend, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Safely use basic hand and power tools
