This role supports multiple areas of a fast‑paced production environment, including fruit preparation, machine operation, and general labor tasks. It requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace while assisting with daily production needs.

Responsibilities
1. Production Support
- Sort and prepare fresh fruit for processing.
- Assist with general labor tasks across multiple production areas.
2. Machine Operation
- Operate production machinery such as fillers, closing machines, and labeling lines.
- Follow safety and operational guidelines to ensure smooth workflow.
3. Workspace Organization
- Break down boxes and maintain an organized work area.
- Help keep the production floor clean by sweeping, squeegeeing, and removing debris.
4. Safety & Cleanliness
- Support a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards when necessary.
5. Team Contribution
- Assist teammates and step into different roles as needed.
- Perform additional duties that contribute to overall team success.
