Beiler Brothers Asphalt is seeking a triaxle dump truck driver.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from construction sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of construction operations and the ability to operate various types of heavy machinery.
Responsibilities
- Operate a dump truck to transport materials such as gravel, sand, and asphalt to construction sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate deliveries and assist with site preparation.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with the dump truck as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery and performing tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience as a dump truck driver or in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating heavy machinery including tankers, bulldozers, backhoes, and loaders is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Ability to navigate construction sites safely while adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Experience in digging, paving, or other related construction activities is a plus.
