Endodontics of West Chester is seeking a motivated, patient-focused full-time dental assistant to join our growing team. Our modern endodontic practice opened in December 2024 and has experienced tremendous growth. As we continue to expand our patient base, extend our office hours, and welcome an associate endodontist to the practice, we are looking for an additional team member to help support our continued success.
As an Endodontic Assistant, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, providing support to our doctors while building professional relationships with patients and referring dental offices throughout Chester County. At Endodontics of West Chester, we are committed to delivering advanced endodontic care in a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment. Our office is open Monday through Friday, and this position offers the opportunity to grow alongside a thriving specialty practice. We welcome both experienced assistants and motivated newer dental assistants who are eager to expand their skills in endodontics and advance their careers.
Requirements:
- Active DANB certification and/or Pennsylvania Radiology License (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- State X-Ray Certification/passed the DANB examination (Preferred)
