The Medical Transportation Specialist (MTS) assists EMTs in providing safe, non-emergency patient transport while ensuring a high level of care and comfort. Responsibilities include operating the ambulance, maintaining equipment, assisting with patient transfers, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and documentation.
