Monitor Fleet Performance: Track and monitor vehicles in realtime, ensuring that all deliveries are completed on time and in compliance with safety regulations.

Customer Communication: Communicate directly with customers to provide updates on delivery status, address concerns, and ensure service satisfaction.

Problem Resolution: Handle operational challenges such as delays, accidents, and equipment malfunctions, quickly resolving issues to minimize disruption.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all drivers adhere to transportation laws, safety standards, and company policies, including DOT regulations.

Training & Mentorship: Provide leadership and guidance to dispatchers, training them on operational procedures, customer service expectations, and problemsolving techniques.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver activity, and any operational issues for reporting and analysis purposes.

Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, maintenance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatching or a related role within the transportation industry.

Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and mentoring a team, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and routing optimization tools.
