Skilled Trades Specialists is looking for MIG Structural Welders that can pass a tee plate test in flat, downhill, and overhead positions. This is a great long term employment opportunity.
This job requires MIG welding and assembly work. Previous Structural Welding experience is a plus.
Double-Time on Sundays if you work 7 consecutive days!
Responsibilities:
- Weld structures in various positions efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Operate forklift to move materials and finished products within the warehouse
Experience:
- Previous Structural Welding experience is preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to read blueprints
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Must Haves:
-Must have ability to read tape measure, level, and square proficiently
-Must be a self-starter
-Must have reasonable analytical skills
