Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate accounts payable staff.
- Process Oversight: Oversee accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices.
- Payment Management: Standardize check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
- Month-End Closing: Review ledger accounts and execute month-end AP closing.
- Vendor Relations: Resolve complex billing disputes and maintain vendor relationships.
- Tax Compliance: Formulate and file annual 1099 statements accurately.
- Audit Support: Prepare documentation and schedules for internal/external audits.
- System Optimization: Identify and implement automated workflows for invoice processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in AP, with 2+ years supervising a team.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Bill Capture).
- Software: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
- Skills: Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks (SOX compliance).
- Traits: Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
