Position: RN Unit Manager
Location: Briarcliff Manor, NY
Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 annually
Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. Collaborate with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth
Manage staffing levels effectively to ensure high-quality resident care while controlling overtime
Lead by example, promoting compassionate, resident-centered care
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff
Active RN license in the State of New York
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and guide teams in a fast-paced environment
