Cardinal Ethanol in Colwich, Kansas, is seeking a Process Supervisor. As a Supervisor, you will oversee shift operations, support and develop team members, and play a key role in optimizing production performance.
- Lead and direct a team, ensuring compliance with all production and safety protocols
- Monitor operations to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
- Prepare and share shift reports
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications
- Experience leading, managing, and developing teams
- Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience required; experience working in ethanol, chemical/industrial experience preferred
- Cardinal is a 24/7 operation; ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
