Castle Pines Golf Club is a nationally ranked private golf club located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Position Responsibilities:

Perform repairs on appliances, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, key making, engraving, and electrical duties.

Assist Building Maintenance Supervisor with various tasks as required by the needs of the Club.

Ensure all service requests are completed accurately and promptly.

Perform preventative maintenance repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Participate in rotating after hours on-call shifts.

Assist with Club events and tournaments.

Participate in the ongoing preventive maintenance program.

Conduct daily checks of cottages for Member and guest arrivals.

Perform off-season cottage inspections and pre-season cottage openings.

Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

2-5 years of building maintenance or skilled trades preferred.

Capable of working independently and completing tasks efficiently and on schedule.

Physically able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 75lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.

Strong interpersonal skills for interacting courteously with employees, Members, and guests.

Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools.
-
Flexible availability, including occasional nights and weekends.
