Hi, we're Fountain, a telemedicine company looking for a nurse practitioner to join our Fountain TRT and Fountain HRT programs. We hire NPs licensed in multiple states, and we cover the cost of additional state licensure as we grow.
Fountain launched in 2021 as a men's health company. We're growing fast, now serving thousands of patients across 40 states, and we're expanding into new treatment categories. That's where you come in.
This is a fully remote role, requesting 30 hours per week. You'll see patients over scheduled video visits and correspond with them between visits, practicing within established clinical guidelines. Where a state requires a collaborating or supervising physician, Fountain sets that up for you.
Who we're looking for
We want a nurse practitioner who understands hormone optimization and is committed to helping patients reclaim their energy, drive, and overall health. Hands-on experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy — TRT, HRT, or both — is required, and experience with both is a plus. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to collaborate on a fast-moving team.

You'll work alongside our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Doron Stember, a nationally recognized, fellowship-trained urologist who specializes in men's health.
Providers get protected admin time in every shift, for example two 20-minute blocks in an 8-hour shift, plus natural breaks between visits, so the schedule stays manageable.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted NP/APRN license in at least 2 states — active licenses only; applications in progress don't count toward the minimum. We cover the cost of additional state licenses as we grow.
- Please note: due to state practice regulations, NP licenses in TX, GA, and TN can't be used on our platform and don't count toward the minimum. Active licensure in NY, FL, CA, or MD is a plus.
- National NP board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Active DEA registration
- Hands-on experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy (TRT and/or HRT) — required
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Comfort with a busy, structured telehealth environment
- Telehealth experience is required
- A computer with camera and a private, distraction-free professional setting for video visits
