We are an established Walnut Creek Commercial General Contracting Firm seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial construction projects throughout the San Francisco Bay area.
Restaurant construction experience is required. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of three years experience managing commercial projects. The ideal candidate is an organized, dependable, team-oriented professional who is committed to delivering high quality projects safely, on schedule and within budget. Applicants should have experience managing all phases of commercial construction including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, change orders, owner, architect and consultant communication and project closeouts.
Must be able to read construction plans and specifications and be proficient in Microsoft Word. Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project and Procore.
Pay: From $2,500.00 per week
