This role is based in San Antonio and will be dedicated to the HEB chain with buying team facing responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:

Serve as the external-facing liaison between internal category strategy and customer execution teams

Collaborate with retailers and sales teams to optimize space planning, assortment, and shelf presence

Leverage POS and syndicated data to identify gaps and opportunities across pricing, promotion, and feature performance

Deliver clear and compelling category performance reviews and executional recommendations to retailers and internal stakeholders

Build joint business plans with Sales and Supplier teams to drive performance within assigned categories

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience
