We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, and friendly candidates to join our team as a delivery driver! Our store has a focus on craft beer, fine wine, and artisanal spirits.
We are open 7 days a week.
- Store hours are Mon-Thurs, 10am-8pm, Fri-Sat, 10am-9pm, and Sunday, 10am-7pm.
- Delivery hours are Mon-Thurs, 12pm-8pm, Fri-Sat, 12pm-9pm, and Sunday 12pm-6pm.
- We are open every day of the year except January 1st and December 25th.
- Weekend and holiday availability are required.
We deliver wine, beer, and spirits to our customers within the area surrounding our store in Canton, Baltimore.
- Deliveries are made with your own vehicle.
- A valid drivers license and auto insurance are required.
What You’ll Earn:
- $8/hr base (guaranteed minimum $16/hr)
- Mileage money for every delivery taken with your own vehicle
- 100% of pooled tips go to drivers
- Typical total earnings: ~$22–$26/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver orders locally
- Stocking and picking orders
- Assist in-store between deliveries (stocking, organizing, helping customers, operating POS, general cleaning and upkeep)
- Provide strong customer service
The successful candidates will:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have a propensity for learning.
- Have experience with delivering and have great customer service skills.
- Have some knowledge and a passion for beer, wine, and/or spirits.
- Have scheduling flexibility - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required. Weekend availability is a must.
- Be able to lift at least 40lbs (a case of wine) multiple times.
- Demonstrate a work ethic and be able to multi-task.
- Possess an outgoing personality.
- Have a smartphone that they are willing to use for deliveries
