About the Role:
The Post Award Grant Administrator supports the grants management team by overseeing post-award administrative functions, ensuring compliance with funder requirements, and maintaining accurate financial and programmatic records. This role serves as a key operational resource across internal departments to keep active grants on track and running efficiently.
Your role within the team:
- Maintain grant-related documentation including invoices, client records, expense files, and reporting schedules to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Submit programmatic data into funder-specific reporting databases
- Upload timekeeping, payroll, and effort reports for grant-funded activities
- Code and route reimbursement payments and invoices to the appropriate Grant Activity
- Maintain relationships with internal teams to support active grant management and provide customer support for the grant management system
- Ensure project status and tasking are accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in grant administration, post-award compliance, or sponsored programs management
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting processes
Preferred:
- Experience with grant management systems or funder reporting databases
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field
