We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
* Collect, analyze and interpret data to monitor client progress and make data driven decisions.
* Provide training, guidance and ongoing support to families.
* Supervise and collaborate with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure proper implementation of the behavior plans.
