What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate learning activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
- Build positive relationships with families and maintain open communication
- Collaborate with staff and specialists to support all learners
- Maintain classroom organization, daily records, and a positive learning atmosphere
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Birth-Kindergarten License preferred
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- TB Test and Medical Report
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $18.50 to $30.00 per hour Higher end of the pay range is based on education credentials and experience.
