Role Overview: We're looking for a motivated Seasonal Sales Representative to sell advertising sponsorship packages to local businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive and persuasive personality, and a genuine interest in supporting community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach local businesses to promote sponsorship advertising packages.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of advertising via our live video streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat sponsorship.
- Manage sales pipeline and report on progress regularly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred, especially in advertising or sponsorship sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with local businesses and community organizations is a plus.
Compensation Structure:
Earn either a competitive base salary or commission on sales—whichever amount is higher—providing the opportunity for significant earnings based on performance. Estimated commission potential ranges from $3,000 to $7,000 per month.
