WHAT YOU'LL DO
---------------------------------------------------------
- Lead and manage all field operations on commercial new construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M in size
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades on site — ensuring work is performed on schedule, within budget, and to specification
- Maintain daily logs, site reports, and project documentation in Procore
- Enforce strict quality control standards throughout all phases of construction
- Conduct and lead daily site meetings and subcontractor coordination
- Monitor and manage project schedules — identify delays early and implement corrective action
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on site at all times
- Coordinate inspections with local municipalities, building officials, and third-party inspectors
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Serve as the primary point of contact on site for owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and office team to keep projects moving forward efficiently

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent — commercial new construction experience is required
- Proven experience managing projects in the $1M–$10M range from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy
- Proficiency in Procore — daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and document management — required
- Strong working knowledge of construction means and methods across all trades
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously and hold them accountable to schedule and quality
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills — you run a tight, professional job site
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Must be located within a reasonable commute of Cherry Hill, NJ
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred — equivalent field experience considered
