Blank is seeking a dependable, organized, and flexible Driver & Operations Support Associate to support the movement of merchandise between our New York and New Jersey stores and our warehouse in Freehold, NJ.
A major focus of this position is driving and completing store transfers, ensuring merchandise, supplies, and other items are transported safely, accurately, and on time. When not completing deliveries or transfers, this position will assist with store and warehouse operational needs.
Primary Responsibilities Driving & Store Transfers
- Regularly drive between the Freehold warehouse and Blank store locations in New Jersey and New York
- Pick up and deliver merchandise transfers between locations
- Verify merchandise being picked up and delivered against transfer paperwork or documentation
- Ensure transfers are handled carefully, kept organized, and delivered to the correct location
- Load and unload merchandise, boxes, racks, supplies, and other materials as needed
- Communicate with store and warehouse management regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, or transfer issues
- Coordinate routes and transfer priorities to help merchandise reach the appropriate location efficiently
- Transport supplies, returns, fixtures, or other company materials between locations as needed
- Maintain a professional and dependable presence while representing Blank at each location
Warehouse & Store Support
When not completing transfers, responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with receiving, sorting, organizing, and moving inventory
- Preparing merchandise for store transfers
- Helping verify transfer counts and inventory accuracy
- Stocking and organizing merchandise
- Assisting with returns and inventory projects
- Supporting warehouse or store teams during high-volume periods
- Helping with special projects and other operational needs as assigned
Position Requirements
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Must maintain a safe driving record with no recent preventable accidents or serious moving violations and must meet company insurance requirements.
- Comfortable regularly driving between New Jersey and New York
- Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable driving for extended periods and navigating between multiple company locations
- Able to lift, carry, load, and unload merchandise and boxes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately track merchandise and transfer documentation
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple store and warehouse teams
- Flexible and willing to assist wherever operational support is needed
- Must be able to meet all company requirements for operating a company vehicle or driving on company business

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
