Requirements:
5–7 years’ experience in powder coating or industrial painting

Familiarity with prep, application, and curing processes

Strong attention to surface quality and finish standards

Ability to support warehouse operations when needed

Knowledge of inventory and cycle counting preferred

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Powder coating guns, hoppers, curing ovens, and related tools

Adherence to paint booth and fabrication safety standards
