About the Role:
Seeking an Estimator to support residential construction budgeting, takeoffs, pricing, and plan review for a fast-growing, employee-owned homebuilding organization. This role focuses on detailed cost analysis, documentation, and collaboration across sales, construction, and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Build full house budgets and perform detailed quantity takeoffs
Prepare job documentation, pricing, and cost estimates for standard and custom options
Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, grading plans, and ACC requirements
Support database development and assist sales teams with pricing support
Collaborate with construction teams and trade partners to maintain accuracy and consistency
Qualifications:
Residential estimating or takeoff experience required
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem solving
Ability to read and interpret residential plans and building documentation
Experience with estimating or purchasing software preferred (Hyphen Solutions, Builder MT, Sales Simplicity)
Bachelor degree a plus
