Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food, beer, soju, and other beverages efficiently
- Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience
- Recommend menu items, drinks, and daily specials
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Reset tables and assist with opening and closing duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work as a team to provide an exceptional guest experience
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and guest checks
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of Korean food or Korean alcohol is a plus, but not required
