We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our 24/7 manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and related machinery.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Repair, replace, or adjust components to maintain equipment functionality.

Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Follow all company and industry safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.

Assist with continuous improvement efforts and equipment upgrades.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar maintenance role.

Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Preferred Experience (Highly Beneficial)

PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
- Hands-on experience working with fully automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment.

Experience with sensors, VFDs, HMI interfaces, servo systems, and automation controls.

Background in plastics extrusion or continuous manufacturing environments.
