We are a licensed AFC specializing in memory care. We are looking for someone that puts the residents first, has compassion for them and their families. Must be dependable and have outstanding attendance. Hours will include an on call rotation. Must keep in compliance with licensing and communicate well with supervisors. General Requirements-High School Diploma or GED is required. At least six months recent experience as a caregiver and recent experience in medication administration. Must be able to participate in one-person and two-person transfers/lifts and change resident position to accommodate resident mobility needs. Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Resident Care Manager in part; provides and manages resident care, administers medications and treatments while ensuring proper procedures are being followed, ensures residents are treated with dignity and respect, and receives quality care according to individualized care plans, assists with clinical record documentation, updates care plans as needed, checks MARs (medications and treatments) against physician orders for accuracy, charts and documents care of residents.
