Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Clinical Lead — Concierge Wellness & AestheticsJob Overview
SolSip Holistic is a growing concierge wellness and aesthetic practice serving the Bay Area. We are seeking a California-licensed Nurse Practitioner with aesthetic and wellness experience to join our clinical team in a flexible, part-time contract role.
This position is best suited for an NP who is confident in aesthetic medicine, IV therapy, wellness treatments, and patient assessment, and who is also comfortable helping train and support other clinical team members.
We are specifically looking for someone who can grow into a clinical lead role—someone who is not only strong with patients, but also confident teaching nurses, reinforcing clinical protocols, and helping maintain consistent treatment standards across the team.
SolSip provides a private concierge-style experience rather than a traditional high-volume clinic environment. Appointments are scheduled in advance and may take place in approved mobile, concierge, or on-site settings depending on the service.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct patient consultations, clinical assessments, and treatment screenings.
- Review medical history, medications, allergies, contraindications, vital signs, and treatment eligibility.
- Administer approved IV therapy, wellness injections, and aesthetic treatments within scope and practice protocols.
- Perform aesthetic and regenerative procedures for which you are appropriately trained and credentialed.
- Monitor patients during treatment and recognize when treatment should be held, modified, escalated, or referred to the Medical Director.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
- Maintain strong infection-control, sterile-technique, medication-safety, and patient-safety standards.
- Provide clear patient education and post-treatment guidance.
- Help maintain an elevated, warm, professional concierge experience.
Clinical Training & Team Leadership
A key part of this position is helping support the clinical development of the nursing team.
The ideal NP will be comfortable:
- Training and mentoring RNs on approved clinical services.
- Demonstrating proper IV therapy and injection technique.
- Reinforcing patient-assessment and treatment-screening standards.
- Reviewing treatment workflows and protocols with nursing staff.
- Helping nurses recognize contraindications, adverse reactions, and escalation triggers.
- Participating in competency validation and skills check-offs.
- Helping ensure treatments are performed consistently across providers.
- Serving as a clinical resource for nurses when questions arise.
- Communicating clinical concerns or protocol needs to the Medical Director.
- Helping improve workflows and clinical standards as SolSip grows.
This role does not replace physician oversight or Medical Director authority. Training and clinical leadership responsibilities will remain within the NP’s lawful scope, competency, and the practice’s approved structure.

- Comfortable taking initiative while still working collaboratively with the Medical Director
