We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented household cook to join our family on a long-term basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys preparing healthy, delicious meals and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh breakfasts and dinners for the family.
- Follow recipes precisely and occasionally contribute meal ideas.
- Prepare Persian, Mediterranean, and other healthy family meals.
- Grocery shop and maintain kitchen inventory.
- Set the table and assist with serving meals when needed.
- Wash dishes, clean up after meal preparation, and maintain a spotless kitchen.
- Keep the refrigerator, pantry, and kitchen supplies organized and well stocked.
- Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a quality restaurant kitchen, catering business, or private home.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and the ability to follow recipes exactly.
- Comfortable grocery shopping, meal prepping, and managing kitchen supplies.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean and well-run kitchen.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and passionate about food and hospitality.
