Processes deposits, withdraws, and loan payments using teller proof capture systems; corrects misread items and balances/closes transaction batches; issues receipts after verification of amounts, signatures and/or balances.

Balances currency and coins in cash drawer; buys and sells cash to vault to control volume.

Promotes bank's e-services, such as online banking, mobile deposits and e-statements; sells bank products such as money orders and safety deposit boxes; makes referrals to First Neighbor’s investment centers and tax and accounting offices.
- Processes and balances electric utility payments, license sticker sales, coin counter, ATM cash and transactions, and credit card cash advances.

Assists with customer inquiries concerning transactions and account information; will involve the CSR Supervisor if second-level support is needed.
- Refers customers to CSRs for new account opening or changes to existing accounts.

Answers the phone and transfers calls appropriately; processes phone transactions.
