Candle Production Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Etna, PA
Schedule: Approximately 12-20 hours per week
Pay: $13/hour
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Candle Production Assistant to support our growing small business. This role focuses on preparing candle tins for production and ensuring finished products meet our quality standards.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independent, hands-on work and takes pride in completing repetitive tasks with consistency and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare candle tins for production by placing wicks accurately and consistently
- Clean residual wax from finished candle tins to ensure a polished final product
- Inspect tins for quality and consistency before and after production
- Follow established processes to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Patience and the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working independently for extended periods
- Reliable and consistent with attendance and productivity
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality
