As an HCA, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:
As a Certified Home Care Assistant, you will work under the supervision of our licensed professionals to provide care services to our clients. This will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing medication management and medication reminders
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
- Encouraging social interaction and providing emotional support
Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in home care
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless coordination of services
