Brand Ambassador – Wearable Technology
We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Brand Ambassador to support a temporary assignment at the Burlington Mall. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in fitness, kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, physical therapy, or human movement who enjoys interacting with people and learning new technology.
In this role, you will engage with mall customers, introduce them to innovative wearable robotics technology, and provide hands-on product demonstrations. You will explain how the product supports natural movement, answer questions, and educate customers on basic walking mechanics and the gait cycle.
Responsibilities
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly, confident manner
- Demonstrate wearable robotics technology and explain product features
- Educate customers on human movement, walking mechanics, and the gait cycle
- Answer customer questions and make technical information easy to understand
- Create a positive and engaging customer experience
- Track customer interactions, demonstrations, and feedback
- Share customer trends and feedback with the Marketing team
- Assist with social media and other brand-related activities as needed
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Background or strong knowledge in kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, physical therapy, personal training, group fitness, human performance, or a related field
- Understanding of human movement and the gait cycle
- Outgoing personality with the confidence to approach and start conversations with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain scientific or technical concepts in a clear, approachable way
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or promotional experience preferred
- Comfortable learning and demonstrating new technology
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Position Details
- Pay: $26–$30/hour
- Location: Burlington Mall – Burlington, MA
- Assignment: Temporary, approximately 4 weeks
- Potential for extension
- Evening and weekend availability required
