Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. Must have at least 2 years of experience.

As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments and services to our clients. This includes performing facials, waxing/sugaring treatments, brow lamination, wax, and tints, lash lift and tints, and other aesthetic procedures. If you have a strong background in aesthetics and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, waxing/sugaring treatments, brow lamination, wax, and tints, lash lift and tints, and other specialized procedures
- Provide personalized consultations to clients to determine their specific needs and preferences
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client's experience
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process
- Keep accurate records of client information, treatment plans, and progress
Requirements:
- Valid license as an Aesthetician in the state of Ohio
- Proven 2 years experience in performing aesthetic treatments and procedures
- Knowledge of various aesthetic services like Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, and more.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest services
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
