Inventory Control Operator/Reach Truck Operator
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
- Unload product (forklift or by hand) via truck line, UPS, FedEx, etc. properly staging it in the appropriate area.
- Keep designated work areas clean and free of any safety concerns.
- Perform all necessary task in order to process, locate and complete inbound freight using a packing list and purchase order. This may include but is not limited to the following.
- Separating mixed shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Confirm parts are correct and quantities match the packing list.
- Communicating with buyers on any mistakes that our vendor may have made on inbound shipments in order to streamline the process and improve future shipments received. This should be documented using emails for future references.
- Make sure all Prop 65 requirements are met.
- Label, re-box, or correct freight to meet the requirements for Rotary shipping & shelving.
- Data entry purchase orders into LogPro and release into Lawson once put-a-ways Perform housekeeping:
- Clean your assigned area on required days.
- Continuously cleaning throughout all down time situations.
- Down time cleaning needs to be done throughout the entire warehouse, not your assigned area. That should be done on required days.
- Clean up ends of aisles.
- Cut and remove flaps, wrap, straps, and any other miscellaneous trash.
- Cut and remove all straps/bands on tires that are banded together in picking locations.
- Ensure misplaced items are put in the correct location.
- Remove all double stacked pallets.
- Pull all inventory to the front of the location.
- Fulfill any other duties requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Ability to pay attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Any prior experience is a plus

The Hours are Monday - Friday from 7am until 5pm (or later depending on demand) with some Mandatory Saturdays until noon.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
