Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to older adults in a compassionate and effective manner
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop appropriate interventions
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field
