ABC with ABA LLC is looking for compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs.

Position Overview:
As an RBT with ABC with ABA, you will provide direct, one-on-one ABA services under the supervision and guidance of an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Services may take place in the home, school, or community, depending on each client's individualized treatment plan.
You will play an important role in helping children develop communication, social, adaptive, behavioral, and daily living skills while collecting meaningful data to monitor their progress.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
- Teach and reinforce communication, social, self-help, adaptive, and daily living skills.
- Use evidence-based ABA strategies, including prompting, shaping, modeling, and positive reinforcement.
- Collect accurate and timely data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
- Document session information and communicate relevant clinical observations to the supervising BCBA.
- Assist the BCBA with implementation and ongoing evaluation of individualized treatment plans.
- Follow behavior plans, safety procedures, and clinical protocols consistently.
- Implement Functional Communication Training (FCT) and other replacement-skill interventions as directed.
- Support clients in developing greater independence and generalizing skills across people and environments.
- Collaborate professionally with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the client's care team.
- Attend required supervision, team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Follow all applicable BACB ethical requirements, organizational policies, and healthcare regulations.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous ABA experience preferred; 6+ months of ABA experience preferred.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance.
- Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings, including:
- Criminal background check
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- OIG exclusion screening
- Federal and state healthcare sanction checks
- Current TB test and any other required health screenings or immunizations.
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols and accept clinical feedback.
- Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a clinical team.
- Patience, professionalism, reliability, and a genuine desire to help children succeed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, special education, or a related field.
- Experience implementing ABA programs.
- Experience with data collection and behavior reduction procedures.
- Experience with Functional Communication Training (FCT), verbal behavior, and skill acquisition programming.
- Experience supporting children with challenging behaviors.
- Experience working collaboratively with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
This position involves active participation in therapy and may require:
- Playing and interacting with clients on the floor.
- Walking, running, standing, kneeling, crawling, bending, and reaching.
- Sustained physical activity for periods of up to 60 minutes.
- Responding appropriately to client behaviors and maintaining awareness of the surrounding environment.
- Safely lifting and/or carrying up to 50 pounds when clinically necessary and appropriate.
- Working in a variety of environments, including private homes, schools, and community settings.
