Position Details
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Status: Part-Time (.5)
Schedule: Rotating schedule with every other weekend off
As the PM Registered Nurse Supervisor/Floor Nurse, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure resident safety and well-being, and lead your team with professionalism and confidence!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical assessment and oversight of resident care
- Ensure medications and treatments are administered per physician orders
- Supervise and support CNA, CMA, LPN staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and family interactions
- Mentor staff and promote best practices in resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred (not required)
- Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care
- Collaborative mindset and dedication to quality outcomes
