BMW Law Group is seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Case Manager to manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while ensuring each case progresses efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular case updates.
- Review new cases and verify liability, insurance coverage, policy limits, and UM/UIM coverage.
- Understand medical treatment and monitor client progress.
- Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other evidence.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lienholders.
- Manage MedPay and health insurance-related matters.
- Prepare demand packages and supporting documentation for attorney review.
- Assist with settlement negotiations, lien resolution, and disbursements.
- Coordinate file preparation for litigation, depositions, and mediations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm's case management system.
Qualifications
- Personal injury case management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $48,000 – $52,000 annually, based on experience
