We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time RN or LPN (1st Shift) to join our team of healthcare professionals. About the Role:
As a Full-Time RN or LPN (1st Shift), you will be primarily responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and thorough records, communicating effectively with colleagues and family members, and promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and thorough records, including patient charts and medication administration records.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion, and maintain a positive and supportive environment.
