Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills, mobility, and functional independence

Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs

Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist

Ensure accurate documentation and maintain a safe, supportive treatment environment

Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated patient care

Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) license

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Home health experience is a plus, but not required
