Support Staff

Year-round Schedule
Our Support Staff assists the Lead or Assistant Preschool Teacher with classroom management and curriculum implementation through a play-based learning environment in our program.
Requirements:
- BS/BA or AA in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required
- 1–3 years of experience working in a classroom or similar environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Charlotte, NC 28226 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Charlotte, NC 28226: Relocate before starting work (Required)
