Goss Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep Fiat is looking for a Body Shop Manager to lead our team in South Burlington, VT.
In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, drive productivity, support a talented team of technicians, and ensure every customer receives a first-class experience from estimate to delivery.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily body shop operations and production workflow
- Lead, coach, and develop technicians, estimators, and support staff
- Monitor repair quality, cycle times, and shop efficiency
- Work directly with insurance partners, customers, and vendors
- Review estimates, supplements, and repair orders for accuracy
- Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Drive profitability through effective scheduling and process improvement
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of body shop or collision center management experience preferred but will consider candidates with strong estimating and insurance adjustor type experience.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating systems
- Experience working with insurance claims and DRP programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation
$85,000 - $130,000+ annually, based on experience, plus performance incentives.
