Top Guy Int'l, a wholesale shoe company specializing in women's and kid's shoes with more than 20 years history is seeking a full time Accounting Assistant.
· Collect payments from customer.
· Email customer statements.
· Payment processing
· Process daily invoices and credits.
· Reconcile statements and invoices.
· Work with trucking carriers for late payments and claims.
· Prepare AR reports.
· Data entry.
· Filing
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
