Job Overview
XCA Composites, a Franklin company, is seeking manufacturing technicians to join our team in Stephentown, NY, where we manufacture composite products used in a variety of applications.
Potential Duties
- Ply cutting carbon fiber and fiberglass roll material
- Lay-up of composites into molds
- Trimming and finishing molded composite parts
- Inspection of parts
- Routine troubleshooting
- Maintaining departmental safety, cleanliness, and quality
- Participation in continuous improvement activities
- Cross-training to support other departments
Qualifications
- Able to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Detail-oriented
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- A problem-solver with an eye for continuous improvement
- Able to treat others respectfully
A strong work ethic, excellence attendance, and punctuality are critical!!!
Prior experience in manufacturing is not essential. We will train the right candidates. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
