We are seeking a Nevada licensed fence contractor, or a Nevada licensed general contractor with the appropriate classification, for a 4,500 linear-foot fence project in North Las Vegas, NV 89030.
Project scope: approximately 4,500 linear feet of fencing.
The contractor must hold an active Nevada contractor’s license in good standing and must be properly licensed for fencing work, such as C-25 Fencing and Equipping Playgrounds or another applicable classification that legally covers the scope of work. It is the contractor's duty to obtain/pull the required permit from the City of North Las Vegas or the applicable local jurisdiction.
Requirements:
- Experience with commercial fence installation projects
- Ability to handle City Permit application and approval process
- Valid Nevada contractor license, fencing license, or licensed General Contractor status
- Familiarity with Las Vegas / Clark County permitting requirements preferred
We are open to two possible arrangements:
Option 1 – Contractor of Record / Supervision Arrangement (Preferred)
We can provide labor and materials support, but we need a licensed contractor who can legally serve as the contractor of record, pull the required permits, supervise the work, coordinate inspections, and take responsibility for code compliance and project completion.
Option 2 – Full Subcontract / Turnkey Arrangement
We are also open to hiring a licensed contractor or company to provide their own crew and complete the full fence project as a subcontractor.
This is a project-based opportunity. Compensation can be structured as a project management / supervision fee, or as a full subcontract price, depending on the arrangement.
Pay: $250.00 - $300.00 per day
