We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of field experience. The ideal candidate will be experienced in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- EPA Certification required
- Ability to diagnose and repair air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting, refrigerant systems, airflow diagnostics, and system performance testing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and professional
- Must have your own HVAC service tools
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field
Working Interview Requirement
Qualified candidates must be willing to complete a paid working trial to demonstrate their troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair abilities in real-world service situations.
