This lane runs through Illinois and spreads into roughly five surrounding states, so the work stays varied while the schedule stays predictable. Whether you're fresh out of trucking school or you've been doing this for years, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Earn
Weekly pay lands between $1,200 and $1,600, sent to your account on the same day every week. Over a full year, that puts you in the $62,400 - $83,200 range. Here's what makes up that number:
- Base CPM of $0.56 - $0.70 to start, climbing $0.01 each year
- Up to $0.08 CPM in performance bonuses for driving safely and consistently
- Stops, detention, and layovers all bring in pay above your base rate
- $300 sign-on bonus once you're officially part of the team
Home Time
You're home every weekend, no exceptions. This lane covers Illinois and runs into about five neighboring states, but that doesn't change your home time. Your weekly schedule is finalized before you leave the yard - what's set is what happens, no adjustments thrown at you mid-week.
Daily Operations
- Runs cover Illinois and reach into roughly five surrounding states, giving you variety without losing the regional structure
- Each driver gets their own dedicated truck - a 2024 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission
- The full fleet is 2022 or newer, so you're never behind the wheel of something outdated or unreliable
- Your load is staged and ready when you show up - dry van, sealed freight, no time sitting at the dock
- Dispatch is staffed around the clock, every day of the week

Requirements
- Active CDL Class A license
- 21 years of age or older
- 120+ hours of certified trucking school completed
- Clean MVR with no major violations
- Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Have not been in SAP
