About the Role
As an Electrical Systems Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of complex electrical systems. You will utilize your technical expertise to diagnose circuitry, conduct rigorous testing, and drive quality improvements across our production lines.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive system testing, including IR and dielectric evaluations, while maintaining precise documentation and performance logs.

Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical issues within complex systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational excellence.

Perform component-level troubleshooting on AC/DC circuitry and printed circuit assemblies to maintain high quality standards.

Configure, program, and conduct functional testing on circuit boards to verify design integrity.

Analyze wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications to identify root causes of system failures and implement effective solutions.

Operate specialized diagnostic equipment, including hi-pot testers, infrared cameras, load banks, and digital multimeters, to validate system performance.

Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to regulatory codes and internal operational standards.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of one year of experience in electrical testing or electronic technologies, ideally within a manufacturing setting.

Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating various physical positions such as kneeling or climbing.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on electrical troubleshooting and system diagnostics.

Associate degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Technology.

Advanced proficiency in interpreting one-line drawings, wire lists, and complex schematics.

Technical knowledge of delta-wye 3-phase transformer configurations and resistive load bank technology.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data management.
