As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll engage with our customers in person to demonstrate how AT&T Fiber makes buffering obsolete during family movie nights and important work calls. By pairing customers with fiber-optic solutions, the Customer Solutions Specialist enables our customers to game smoothly, work remotely without issues, and stream in stunning quality.

- Recommend AT&T Fiber internet services in person by assessing customer usage habits, connected devices, and home networking needs.
- Conduct in-person sales discussions to translate internet requirements into personalized fiber connectivity solutions.
- Assist customers with service enrollment, account setup, installation coordination, and onboarding from consultation through activation.
- Recommend upgraded internet plans and connectivity options to improve customer satisfaction and increase account value.
- Explain fiber internet features, Wi-Fi coverage, and service options in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
