We are a fast-growing eCommerce company focused on TikTok/WhatNot livestream sales, online fulfillment, and social commerce. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented team member to help support our livestream operations and shipping workflow.
This is NOT a slow office job. We need someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, multitasks well, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support TikTok livestream sales operations
- Assist livestream hosts during LIVE sessions
- Organize products for livestream flow
- Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Print labels and prepare outgoing shipments
- Help combine orders and reduce shipping mistakes
- Maintain organized warehouse and livestream areas
- Quickly adapt to changing priorities during LIVE sales
- Help improve workflow and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Responsible, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Warehouse, eCommerce, TikTok Shop, or livestream experience is a plus
- Must be willing to help solve problems instead of waiting for instructions
